Katarzyna Szymkiewicz was born in 1989 in Kielce, Poland. In 2013, she received her BFA from the Department of Graphic Arts at the Pedagogical University of Cracow Faculty of Art. She is a graduate of the Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow. Szymkiewicz was awarded the main prize at the 16th Hestia Artistic Journey Competition in 2017.
She works in painting, drawing, graphic art, animation, multimedia actions, and in new media.
